Welcome to the SPP Customer Centre!

At our new, modern, interactive and “green” customer centre, you can obtain all the information you need about our products and services in the field of energy supply, energy consulting and smart solutions for your home or business. You can also handle all matters related to contracts, invoices, meter readings, or any other inquiries.

The SPP Customer Centre combines services with modern technologies. Even before entering, your attention will be captured by an LED panel displaying key information about our products and services. Everything you need can be handled with the help of our experienced colleagues, as well as through a new self-service zone. Paper documents have been replaced by tablets. A sustainable approach to the design is highlighted by various digital elements presenting SPP’s offers, replacing traditional leaflets and posters.

Of course, you can easily register, and your time can be spent as you wish. You will be informed when it is your turn via a notification SMS. A visit to our customer centre will not be boring even for children – they can enjoy an interactive game table with quizzes, as well as special Montessori panels.
